Booking a Program

Step 1

Determine the assembly location.  Confirm that the school can accommodate the assembly requirements:

  • Minimum ceiling height of 25 feet.
  • Access to performance area at least 90 minutes prior to assembly start time; and 120 minutes if possible.

  • Minimum of 90 minutes to break down the equipment and clear the performance area following the program.

Step 2

Select a date.  Performers are full-time police officers and have coordinated their days off in order to maximize the dates they can present their programs.

The days that are available to schedule programs are Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the days.  Evening programs are available all days of the week, except Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays.

For planning purposes --

February - International Friendship Week

April - Alcohol Awareness

October - Red Ribbon Week*

*During the month of October, Officer Bianez and Privett take vacation from their police duties in order to accommodate the high demand for their program.  Anyone interested in scheduling a Red Ribbon Assembly is encouraged to reserve a program ASAP.

Step 3

E-mail your request.  Be sure to include desired date, desired time(s), desired theme(s), and number of programs.  E-mail this information to: christopher@bianez.com

Step 4

E-mail assembly reservation and Appearance Agreement sent.  Christopher Bianez will respond with an e-mail advising you that your desired assembly date and time has been reserved and attach an Appearance Agreement outlining your program details in a Word document.

The school’s requested date and time will be reserved for ten (15) days to allow for an Appearance Agreement to be signed by a representative and returned.

Or, if your desired date and time is not available, Christopher will contact you to determine another date and time that would work for you.

Step 5

Return the signed Appearance Agreement.  Have a representative from the school and/or PTA/PTO sign and mail the Appearance Agreement to:

FAX:  (866) 294-7874

MAIL:

Christopher Bianez
P.O. Box 863655
Plano, TX  75086

Note:  Any forms required by the district and/or PTA/PTO to remit payment such as 1099 forms, invoices etc. should be requested when the Appearance Agreement is sent back to insure that payment is processed and ready on the day of the program.

Step 6

E-mail confirmation sent.  Christopher Bianez will e-mail notification to you that your assembly date and time has been confirmed.

Get ready because High-Flying Excitement and a Knockout Message is coming to your school!
