TEXAS PRICING – WITHIN 50 MILES FROM PLANO, TX

1 program - $1,000.00

2 programs - $1,750.00*

*Multiple show discounts are available for schools that  require multiple shows, or desire multiple shows, provided the following:

• they are at the same location

• the timeframe between programs is close (usually set 1 hour apart)

• the programs do not require more than one set up

*Schools will receive a 25% discount off multiple programs.

*If the multiple program will require moving the equipment to a new area, or clearing the area and setting up at a later time, or there is a significant time delay between programs, then the multiple show discount will not apply.

Travel fees are added if the program is beyond 50 miles from Plano, Texas.  Mileage fees are applicable for mileage beyond a total 100 miles (roundtrip).  Mileage fees are calculated at 50.5 cents per mile.

If overnight stays are necessary a $35.00 per diem, per person (Bianez/Privett) plus lodging.  If flying and/or car rental is necessary, then venue will reimburse incurred expenses.     

CLASSROOM VISITATION FEES

Classroom visitation fees include close interaction with the performers to your individual classroom or entire grade level.  These visitations offer two formats:

• 30 minute lessons

• Visitations (informal interactions; including question and answer sessions with presenters)

These visitations can enhance your school-wide assembly, or be scheduled as stand-alone lessons.  There are several classroom visitation topics to choose from.

$100.00 per 30 minutes***

*** Lessons require full 30-minute timeframe. 

*** Visitations can be split into 15-minute increments.
